Sorry to hear that your Rose isn't working right. You should definitely bring it in to any of our store locations for someone to take a look at it. I want to use it very badly but it needs to be cleanded and adjusted. I can't use it like it and Christmas is getting closer. Can you tell me how much it would take to fix my machine and if it is worth it or I should buy new one? I asked at JoAnnes and was told the parts are no longer available. Help Lynda.
