Class 1: Meet Pro-Stitcher Designer
For all quilters, even if you don’t own Pro-Stitcher Designer… yet!
In this session, you'll learn the basics about how the software works and what resources and supports are available, as well as on board tools that make drawing and digitizing a breeze. At the end of class, you’ll create your own designs from scratch!
Class 2: Circles Make My Quilt Go 'Round
Learn about the easy-to-use tools to create circular designs for blocks and E2E. You'll have the most fun ever creating complex looking designs from simple shapes with just a click of your mouse! You’ll also create strings of pearls and then, if you like, we’ll echo designs and create channels to insert the pearls.
Class 3: It’s All About the Magic – Wand, That Is
Have you ever seen a design on a carpet or fabric that you thought would make a great quilting design? Learn how to use photos, clip art, and drawings to create the most amazing designs with the wave of your Magic Wand. After that, why not add text to your quilt?
Class 4: Making Connections
Have you ever purchased a design, but then the overstitching wasn’t accurate when you stitched it out? Learn how to correct sloppy digitizing or eliminate overstitching when you crop designs. We’ll also look at the many ways to connect designs to improve the stitching path, or just to create new designs by combining parts of existing ones. You’ll never look at quilting designs the same way again!
