I wanted to love this machine but I've had it just shy of a year and have had nothing but issues. When it does embroider it does pretty good. And then it jams and I have no idea what's going on and now the machine is seized up. I bought it from a now closed retailer so I can't get my receipt to file fo ar warranty claim. (Purchased from Joann's. Not quality sewing. But I wanted to do a buyer beware for people)

Thank you for sharing your experience—we’re really sorry to hear you’ve been having trouble with your machine. We understand how frustrating that must be. Even though you didn’t purchase it from us, we’ve been trying to reach out via email because we’d love to help get your machine back up and running. Our goal is to support sewists however we can, and we’d be happy to assist with service or warranty help. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch—we’re here for you!
