The Complete Maintenance Plan covers your sewing, serging, or embroidery machine for 3 years from the original purchase date. It applies to machines sold in the U.S.A. and includes parts and labor, so service is handled without surprise repair bills.
3-Year Plan Highlights
- Parts and labor: Every covered repair includes both parts and labor.
- Free shipping: Plans bought online include round-trip shipping in year 1 and one-way shipping in years 2 and 3.
- Expensive parts covered: Circuit boards, sensors, and other costly components the manufacturer does not cover.
- Unlimited service: No cap on the number of service requests during the coverage period.
Plan Details
- Not covered: Consumables such as needles, bobbins, springs, and belts.
- Keep the box: Save the original machine box for shipping. Review our machine packing guidelines before sending a machine in for service.
- Terms of use: Coverage is for normal home sewing use. Damage from misuse or acts of nature is excluded.
- Adding a plan later: A CMP must be added within a set time after purchase. Coverage runs 3 years from the original purchase date. Call for details on adding a previously purchased machine.
