Shipping policy

Quality Sewing & Vacuum ships to the United States and Canada. All shipping times are business days and exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping rates

• Contiguous 48 states: $5 flat rate, free on orders $75 and over.
• Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories: flat rate by weight, $14.99 (0 to 5 lb), $24.99 (5 to 20 lb), $34.99 (20 lb and over). These orders do not qualify for free shipping.
• Canada: carrier rates calculated at checkout. International orders do not qualify for free shipping, and customs, duty and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility.

Processing and delivery

• Most in-stock items ship from our Seattle, Washington warehouse within 2 to 4 business days.
• Items shipping directly from a manufacturer or distributor typically need an additional 2 to 5 business days.
• Most orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, so please select USPS shipping for a P.O. box.
• Tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier provides it.

Freight and furniture

• Large items such as cabinets, assembled machine tables and large embroidery machines ship by freight. The freight company calls to schedule an appointment, someone must be present to sign, and delivery is curbside only.
• Freight and furniture items are priced separately from standard parcel shipping.

Free in-store pickup

Customers in the Puget Sound area can select Free In-Store Pickup at checkout. Pickup is offered only at locations that currently have the item in stock, and your store will contact you when the order is ready, usually within 2 to 5 business days.
