In this class you will be creating Japanese-inspired Kimono wall art made with silk dupioni. You will be layering multiple layers and colors of silk, adding creative embellishments using decorative stitches and embroidery, as well as adding beading and Sumi-e Japanese ink painting.
All fabric and embellishments will be included, we will also provide a Brother Luminaire for you to use for the day.
The finished 36" x 30" hangable textile art piece will be a beautiful addition to your home or make a wonderful gift for someone special.
