The Baby Lock Double Fold Bias Binder 28mm folds bias tape in half, wraps it around the fabric edge, and positions it for stitching. The double fold encloses the raw edge of the tape for a clean, finished look on both sides. This produces binding where no raw edges are visible, making it ideal for garments and items that will be seen from both sides.
