Most point turners give you one shape and leave you to force it into every corner. This one has a point at either end, so the tool matches the corner instead of the other way round.

The sharp point handles tight, limited spaces like collar points. The other point sits on the edge of the spatula shaped end, for points with a little more access. That shape lets you approach the point from the side, pushing with the grain, which is what keeps the fabric from stretching or distorting.
