Bernette Edge Stitch Foot

This presser foot with guide facilitates the topstitching of edges, hems and pleats; helpful for sewing on lace or tapes, and for reinforcing edges. The guide helps you achieve flawless seams and hems that run parallel to the edge.

• Topstitching edges, hems and folds
• Stitching in a ditch

Stitch type: straight stitch

Needle position: as required

Stitch length: 2, adjusted according to the material and application

Feed dog: raised

Guide the fabric along the black guide plate to obtain a straight seam at an exact distance. Move the needle position according to the required distance.
