This is my version of what every quilting beginner should learn. It’s a perfect first project!
In this 5-part series, we will make a 4-block sampler with two pieced blocks, one applique block, and one paper piece block, then complete it with lattice and borders. We will talk about rotary cutting, proper use of quilting rulers, and the various methods of piecing in detail. We will also go over applique options and paper piecing, along with hand quilting, machine quilting & finishing techniques.
We will be looking at quilting as a journey that needs to progress to grow. My goal is to teach you the skills and knowledge that build a lasting love for quilting!
