After 21 years of dedicated service, Janean and Dewey are enjoying their well-earned retirement, and we are honored to continue the tradition of exceptional customer service they built in the Tri-Cities. Janean's Bernina in Pasco is now Quality Sewing & Vacuum, a family-owned, authorized Bernina dealer serving the Pacific Northwest since 1985.

A Familiar Team, Ready to Help

Our Pasco location offers everything you love about Quality Sewing, including Bernina sewing machines and the full Baby Lock line. Leading the store are two familiar faces: Ruth Pickett, former Tukwila store manager, and Bridgette Backman, our former Service Manager. With more than 36 years of combined experience at Quality Sewing, they are eager to meet new friends in the Tri-Cities and help inspire your next sewing project.

As always, we provide free machine orientation classes, honor all warranties, and offer ongoing sewing and quilting classes with many of the educators you already know and love. Our certified technicians also handle service and repairs for the machines you depend on.
