What is the Red Carpet Service Plan?

The Red Carpet Service Plan gives owners of qualifying Riccar vacuums access to free scheduled maintenance performed by certified technicians. Each visit includes a full cleaning, inspection, and tune-up to make sure everything is running the way it should. You get the peace of mind that comes with professional care at no extra cost.

What's Included in the Free Tune-Ups?

Each scheduled tune-up covers a full inspection and refresh of your vacuum. Here is what gets checked and serviced during every visit:

  • A new bag and filter to keep dust and allergens at bay
  • A full system cleaning to remove dirt buildup
  • A thorough inspection of key parts including the belt, agitator strips, hose, bag and jam indicators, carpet height adjustment, floor selector switch, headlights, and suction and airflow

Defective parts covered under your warranty will be replaced at no charge. Repairs needed due to normal wear, misuse, or commercial use may come with additional costs.
