Every SEBO vacuum is German-engineered to last, and the warranty backs that up. When you purchase a SEBO from Quality Sewing and register it using our dealer code, the standard warranty gets a significant upgrade: Ten Years Motor, Ten Years Non-Wear Parts, and Seven Years Labor.
Quality Sewing is an authorized SEBO service center. We register your vacuum, handle warranty service right here in our shop, and make sure you get the full coverage you're entitled to. If you're not local, any authorized SEBO dealer in the country will honor the warranty.

SEBO Warranty Coverage
SEBO America provides the original owner with free repair services, including freight charges, for products that fail under ordinary household use. All warranty periods begin on the date of purchase.

Important Warranty Details
- All warranty repairs must be completed by SEBO America or an authorized SEBO dealer.
- Coverage applies exclusively to SEBO vacuums, power heads, DUO Brush Machines, and DISCO Polishers used residentially. Commercial use is not covered.
- Your purchase receipt determines warranty validity. Keep your original receipt and complete warranty registration at sebo.us or by mailing in the warranty card included with your machine.
- Warranty applies only while the machine is located within the United States.
- Warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized SEBO dealers in the U.S.
- Unused bags and filters with a manufacturer's defect are covered and will be replaced with the same item.
What's Not Covered
Excluded Wear Parts: Brush rollers, brush strips, sealing strips, external cords, crevice nozzles, upholstery nozzles, dusting brushes, all optional attachments, and used bags or filters.
The warranty does not cover: second-hand products, machines outside the warranty period, machines not assembled or maintained per operating instructions, non-genuine SEBO parts or unauthorized modifications, machines serviced by non-authorized dealers, filters that have been washed or bags that have been reused, normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, normal maintenance (such as clog removal or cleaning brush rollers), or damage caused by external sources like liquids, heat, or weather.
Warranty Repair Procedure
SEBO machines are designed to be easy to maintain, so most issues can be resolved over the phone. Before contacting SEBO for service, check for clogs, fit a new bag, replace dirty filters, and clean the brush roller. If you still need help, have your serial number (found on the underside of the power head), dealer name, and date of purchase ready.
Call SEBO customer service at 800-334-6614. The representative will either walk you through a fix over the phone, refer you to a local authorized dealer (like Quality Sewing), or issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) with a prepaid UPS return label.
Package the specified parts for shipment. Only send what the service representative instructs (the power head, bag housing, or full vacuum). Affix the prepaid UPS label to the box.
Drop off at any UPS location. SEBO typically receives returned machines within 3-5 days and completes repairs the same day. The entire process usually takes about two weeks.
Warranty repairs are done free of charge, and SEBO pays all related freight costs. For out-of-warranty machines, SEBO charges reasonable repair fees plus freight. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost.
