Sew Buttons by Machine with Precise Placement

The Viking Button Foot with Placement Tool holds the button in position while your machine sews it on. The retractable thread shank guide has three positions: no shank, short shank for lightweight fabrics, and long shank for heavier fabrics. The Placement Tool inserts into the button holes and slides into the foot slot, automatically centering the button under the needle.

How to Use

• Snap on the Button Foot and set the thread shank guide to the desired position
• For buttons smaller than 1/4" (6 mm), insert the Placement Tool through the button holes
• Slide the tool into the foot slot to center the button
• Select Button Sewing on your Sewing Advisor and adjust stitch width to match the button hole spacing

Note: Avoid buttons taller than 1/8" (3 mm).

Compatible with most Husqvarna Viking machines in categories 1 through 7.
