Thank you for purchasing an OESD embroidery design. Follow the steps below to access and download your files. If you get stuck logging in or finding your designs, the full guide below walks through every step with screenshots.

To Access Your Purchased Designs
- Go to www.oesd.com.
- Log in to your account, then click My Designs in the upper right corner.
- Open your design and download your files.
If You Do Not Have an Account Yet
- Click the account icon at the top of the page.
- Select Forgot my password.
- Enter the email address you used when ordering.
You will receive a password reset link by email. After resetting your password, log in and find your files under My Designs.
