Pins You Can Press Straight Over
Magic Pins swap the flat glass head for an oversized ridged handle, which gives you something to actually hold when you are placing and pulling dozens of pins through batting and backing. The handles are heat resistant, so an iron passes over them without melting or marking the fabric underneath.
Fine pins measure 0.5mm across and suit batiks, silks and tightly woven cottons where a thicker pin would leave a visible hole. Regular pins are 0.6mm and hold more securely through thick seams and multiple quilt layers. Both are 48mm long and arrive in a hinged case that keeps them together in a project bag.
