The Singer Professional Steam Press SP550 covers a 20" x 8.4" pressing surface in a single pass. At 1,500 watts, it heats to working temperature in about 66 seconds and delivers 30 g/min of continuous steam plus on-demand burst steam for deep wrinkles. The non-stick pressing surface and die-cast aluminum frame handle fabrics from nylon and silk to linen and denim.
Five fabric-specific temperature settings replace guesswork, and an auto shut-off with audible alarm adds safety when stepping away. The press can also operate in dry mode without steam.
