Easy Threading with Full Looper Access

The Husqvarna Viking Amber S 100 simplifies serger setup with front covers that open from both sides, giving you complete access to the looper area. Color-coded thread paths and lay-in tension dials guide you through threading, while 16 stitch options cover overlock seams, rolled hems, flatlock, and decorative edges in 4, 3, or 2-thread configurations.

16 Stitch Options

Select from 4-thread overlock for reinforced seams, 3-thread overlock and flatlock in wide or narrow widths, 3-thread rolled edge, 2-thread overlock and wrapped edge variations, and 2-thread flatlock. The stitch selection dial makes switching between options straightforward.

Full Access Looper Threading

Both front covers swing open to expose the entire looper area. This design eliminates the blind threading that makes many sergers difficult to set up. See exactly where the thread needs to go and access it easily.

Color-Coded Thread Paths

Follow the colored guides from spool to looper to needle. Lay-in tension dials let you set thread without wrapping it around discs, and the automatic tension release loosens threads when you raise the presser foot.

Differential Feed

Adjust the differential feed to prevent stretching on knits or puckering on lightweight fabrics. The same control creates gathering effects when you increase the ratio, giving you options for ruffles and decorative finishes.

Integrated Seam Guide

The adjustable seam guide helps you maintain consistent seam allowances and straight edges. Position it for your preferred width and follow the guide as you feed fabric through the machine.

Adjustable Cutting Width

Control how much fabric the blade trims as you sew. The movable knife can also be disengaged completely when you want to serge without cutting, useful for decorative techniques and specialty finishes.

LED Lighting and Accessories

LED lights illuminate the needle area for clear visibility. The machine comes pre-threaded and includes a waste tray, soft dust cover, needles, tweezers, lint brush, spool nets and discs, and a complete accessory bag.
