SewTites

SewTites are small, powerful magnetic pins designed as an alternative to traditional straight pins and clips. Each SewTite has two neodymium magnets that clamp through fabric layers, holding them together without poking holes. They stay in place around curves, through thick seams, and on materials where pins would leave marks, like leather, vinyl, and laminated cotton.

Regular pins pierce through fabric to hold layers together. SewTites grip from outside using magnets, so there are no holes, no pin marks, and no risk of snagging delicate fabric. They are especially useful on materials you cannot pin through, like cork, vinyl, and faux leather. SewTites also hold thicker layers more securely than pins or clips, and they will not fall out when you shift your project around. The tradeoff is that you cannot sew over them the way you can with pins, so you remove each one as you reach it.

It depends on what you sew most:

• Machine Mix: A variety pack with different SewTites shapes. Good starting point for general sewing and quilting.
• Lite Mix: Lighter-weight magnets for thinner fabrics and smaller projects. Less bulk at the machine.
• Magnum: Strongest hold. Built for thick materials, multiple layers, and longarm quilting where you need magnets that won't slip.

Yes, but remove each SewTite before it reaches the needle and presser foot. Do not sew over them. The magnets are strong enough to affect needle position on some machines if they pass too close to the needle area. Use them to hold your fabric layers aligned ahead of where you are sewing, then pull each one off as you approach it. This is the same workflow as sewing with clips. SewTites work with any home sewing machine, serger, or longarm quilting machine.

The Magnetic Cutting System includes a magnetic rotating cutting mat and magnetic rulers that lock to the mat surface. The ruler grips the mat magnetically so it won't shift during cutting. This solves one of the most common frustrations with rotary cutting: the ruler sliding mid-cut and ruining a straight line. The rotating mat spins 360 degrees so you reposition fabric without lifting it. Available for both left-handed and right-handed users.
