Controlled Feeding on Slippery and Textured Fabrics
The Baby Lock Roller Foot uses textured rollers instead of a flat sole to move fabric under the needle. The rollers turn freely with the fabric, preventing slipping, stretching, and surface marking. This makes it effective on silk, leather, velvet, vinyl, suede, and microfiber where a standard flat foot tends to drag or leave marks.
Best For
- Silk and satin that slips under flat-sole feet
- Leather and vinyl that sticks or drags
- Velvet and pile fabrics where you want to avoid crushing the nap
- Multiple fabric layers that feed unevenly
For a non-stick alternative, see the Baby Lock Teflon Coated Foot. Group I machines require the Master Bracket Shank (BLQP-MB).
