BERNINA Hook and Stitch Quality

The BERNINA Hook produces precise, consistent stitches at speeds up to 900 stitches per minute. Stitch width reaches 5.5 mm, and the front-loading jumbo bobbin holds 70% more thread than standard bobbins for fewer interruptions during longer projects.

150 Stitches and 3 Alphabets

The 435 includes 150 decorative stitches and three different alphabets for monogramming. Access stitches through the color touchscreen and save favorites for quick selection.

Semi-Automatic Needle Threader

7" Extended Freearm

The extended freearm provides 7 inches of workspace to the right of the needle. The included slide-on extension table adds more surface area for quilts and larger projects.

Included Accessories

Reverse-pattern foot #1: Standard foot for forward and reverse utility and decorative stitches.

Overlock foot #2: Neaten seams and sew quality hems, waistbands, and overlock stitches on knit fabrics.

Buttonhole foot with slide #3A: Creates consistent buttonhole lengths, either via sensor or manual measurement depending on model.

Zipper foot #4: The narrow, centered toe stitches close to zipper coils for clean installation.

Blindstitch foot #5: Sews blind hems on all fabric thicknesses for a nearly invisible finish.

Slide-on extension table: Extends the sewing surface for larger projects. Remove it when working with the freearm on tubular items like sleeves and cuffs.
