The Bernina 790 Pro brings Swiss engineering to sewing, quilting, and embroidery in one machine. The next-generation stitchprecision² technology delivers quieter operation and superior stitch quality, while WiFi connectivity and the Stitchout App let you monitor embroidery projects remotely. Stitchprecision² Technology
The next-generation motor system runs quieter and delivers more consistent stitch formation across all fabric types. Embroidery speed increases up to 33% with SDT (Smart Driving Technology) while maintaining stitch quality throughout long projects.
7" Color Touch Screen
The extra-large display shows stitch previews, design editing tools, and step-by-step tutorials. Large icons make navigation straightforward, and the included stylus provides precise control when drawing custom stitches or adjusting design placement.
Pinpoint Laser Precision
The built-in laser marks exactly where the needle will enter the fabric in every needle position. Use it to align seam intersections, follow quilting lines, or position embroidery starting points with accuracy down to the stitch.
4-Point Design Placement
Define four reference points on hooped fabric and the machine positions your design proportionally within that boundary. The Morphing function stretches or compresses designs to fit irregular shapes, making appliqué and decorative placement precise.
WiFi and Stitchout App
Transfer designs wirelessly from Bernina Embroidery Software 9 directly to the machine. The Stitchout App sends real-time notifications to your phone, so you can monitor thread changes, progress, and completion from another room.
Stitch Designer

Design Editing On-Screen
Align designs horizontally and vertically, group and ungroup elements, and rearrange stitchout sequence without software. Multi-line lettering supports up to 10 lines with adjustable alignment. Endless Embroidery creates continuous borders by repeating and aligning designs automatically.
