Ruler Quilting on Your Bernina Sewing Machine
The Bernina Adjustable Ruler Foot #72 lets you sew along longarm quilting rulers to create precise decorative designs: lines, feathers, circles, curves, and more. Any commercial plexiglass longarm quilting ruler with a 1/4" thickness can be used.
The foot's sole height is designed so you can quilt along all edges of the ruler, which is especially important when working with circular templates. With the feed dogs lowered, you guide the fabric and ruler by hand while the foot rides along the ruler's edge.
