The Bernina Blindstitch Foot #5 produces hems where the stitching is nearly invisible from the right side of the fabric. The stitch forms over a guide in the foot, which positions the fold so that only a tiny amount of thread catches the outer layer. From the front, the hem looks clean and unstitched.
