The Bernina Free Motion Couching Foot #43 is made for sewing down cords, yarn, and ribbon using free-motion techniques. A hole in the sole feeds the cord directly to the needle, and with the feed dog lowered, you can stitch in any direction to create curves, spirals, and freeform designs.
