Piping Foot for Medium and Heavy Fabrics
The BERNINA Piping Foot #L16L is built for making and sewing piping into seams on medium-weight to heavy fabrics. The foot channels piping cord up to 5 mm in diameter, keeping it aligned during stitching for a clean, consistent finish.
Markings on the presser foot serve as guides for positioning the piping accurately. This is the larger of the two Bernina L-series piping feet. For lighter fabrics and piping up to 3 mm, use the #L16S instead.
