Straight Seams Without Marking
Set the guide where you want your seam allowance and run the fabric edge against it. It holds by magnet on a metal throat plate, so there is nothing to screw down and nothing to mark on the fabric.
How It Works
- Place it on the metal throat plate at your chosen seam width
- Run the raw edge of the fabric against the guide
- Move it any time for a different seam allowance
Important
Do not use this guide on a computerized sewing machine. The magnet can interfere with the machine electronics. Check your manual if you are unsure about your model.
