The Brother SA188 Open Toe Walking Foot provides secure fabric feeding with an open toe design that gives you clear visibility of your stitches. The movable feed dogs work with your machine's lower feed dogs to move multiple layers of fabric evenly, preventing shifting and puckering.
The horizontal opening accommodates a wide range of left to right needle positions, and the added sole pressure helps control difficult fabrics. This foot is ideal for sewing or quilting on fabrics that stick, slip, or tend to shift, including multiple layers commonly used in quilting projects.

Note: Some Brother PC and ULT models may require the Low Shank Adapter (SA130/SA131). The adapter is required for PC-8200 and PC-8500.
