The Elna eXpressive 808 is a compact computerized sewing and embroidery machine with 300 stitches, 241 built-in embroidery designs, and a 140 x 140 mm embroidery area. It also has a 3.5 in. color touch screen, a built-in needle threader, and an automatic and programmable thread cutter.

The embroidery unit is integrated into the machine on a swing-type arm. Embroidery offers 241 built-in designs, an alphabet in 11 fonts, and monogramming in 2 and 3 letters, and free-arm embroidery is possible with optional hoops.
300 Sewing Stitches
Sewing includes 300 stitches with 15 one-step buttonholes (12 sensor) and an alphabet in 3 typefaces. Maximum stitch width is 7 mm, maximum length is 5 mm, and speed reaches 860 stitches per minute. Patterns combine in sequences of up to 100 stitches.
Hoop and Embroidery Controls
The SQ14e hoop (140 x 140 mm) is included, and embroidery runs up to 660 stitches per minute. 17 direct editing functions are available on the machine, and programmable thread trimming works after a jump or color change.
Feet and Accessories
Nine presser feet come in the box, including embroidery foot P and automatic buttonhole foot R. A bobbin holder for embroidery, four bobbins, a straight stitch needle plate, and a soft vinyl cover are included, with EmbroideryEditor software available as a download.
