Elna eXtend 664PRO Overlock Serger with Program Display
The Elna eXtend 664PRO is a mechanical overlock serger with 12 stitch programs, 2/3/4-thread sewing with 1 or 2 needles, and a program display panel that shows the recommended settings for the chosen program. Maximum sewing speed is 1,300 stitches per minute.
Program Display Panel
The panel shows the settings for the selected program across 12 stitch programs. Four-thread programs are safety, stretch knit, gathering, and stretch wrapped. Three-thread programs are overlock (regular and wide), narrow hem, rolled hem, and flatlock. Two-thread programs are rolled hem, overcast, and flatlock.
Built-In Accessory Storage
A compartment integrated into the front of the machine stores the most frequently used accessories. The standard accessories also include a spare upper knife blade, tension release clip, spanner, and accessory case.
Thread Tension Dials
Thread tension is set manually with the dials, and a lower looper pre-tension setting lever and a thread tension release device are built in. Cutting width adjusts from 3 to 7 mm with a cutting width control window, and a tilting needle clamp is included.
Waste Tray and Dials
The standard waste tray attaches to the machine and catches fabric offcuts and trimmed threads. Stitch length adjusts from 1 to 5 mm and differential feed from 0.5 to 2.25, set with clearly marked dials.
Color-Coded Threading
Built-in aids include a color-coded threading guide and an easy-threading system for the lower looper. A 2-thread converter is included for the 2-thread programs, and LED lighting, an instant rolled hem device, and a telescopic thread antenna are also built in.
