6-Needle Speed and Versatility

Each of the six needles can be configured independently with its own speed, color lock, and tension settings. The expanded tension range makes it easier to work on difficult fabrics without puckering. You can also disengage the needle threader on individual needles when using thin or specialty needles.

The PR680W reaches up to 1,000 stitches per minute with high-speed acceleration that gets to full speed in seven seconds. This industrial-grade acceleration keeps projects moving while running quietly enough for a home studio or shared workspace.

Wireless Design Transfer and Monitoring

Connect the PR680W to your wireless network and send designs directly from your PC using Design Database Transfer. The My Stitch Monitor App sends real-time alerts to your phone or tablet for thread changes and project completion, so you don't have to stand next to the machine throughout every job.

You can link up to 10 machines wirelessly for multi-unit production setups. Automatic machine updates are available through PE-Design 11 (sold separately) when connected to your network.

Color Management and Sorting

The PR680W includes three color tools that save time during production runs. Color Grouping lets you select and edit multiple design regions at once. Color Management provides an intuitive interface for design customization. Color Sort analyzes combined designs and reorders stitching to reduce thread changes, which cuts setup time when running multi-color jobs.

Security Lock Modes

Business owners can set up customized access levels for different operators using the security lock modes. Restrict access to specific machine functions, protect stored designs from unauthorized editing or deletion, and keep operators focused on the tasks assigned to them. A shortcut key also provides direct access to the embroidery screen from any menu, saving time between jobs.

Built-in Design Library

The PR680W comes loaded with 100 built-in embroidery designs, 18 monogramming font styles, 140 frame pattern combinations, 50 lettering fonts, 50 utility stitch designs, and 10 buttonhole styles in 3 sizes. Between the built-in library and wireless design transfers, you can start production right out of the box.

LED Lighting and Work Area

Four built-in LED lights illuminate the full 8" x 12" embroidery area with minimal shadow. The brightness is adjustable across five settings, including an "off" mode for when you want to check laser alignment without ambient light interference. The generous work area handles everything from standard flat goods to larger items.
