To cut one towel topper, simply fold two 11¼" x 7½" rectangles of fabric and one of batting to measure 11¼" x 3¾". Place each piece on the die with the fold on the guideline, layer the batting on top, place your cutting mat, and roll it through your GO! cutter. It’s a quick, satisfying project that works great with themed or seasonal fabric.
