Harry Potter Bernette B79: Sewing and Embroidery for Fans and Makers
The Harry Potter Bernette B79 brings the Wizarding World to your sewing room with exclusive themed designs and full embroidery functionality. Featuring 500 stitches, a 5-inch color touchscreen, Dual Feed, and an embroidery area up to 260 x 160 mm, this limited edition handles garment sewing and decorative projects with equal precision. It also includes the bernette embroidery software, Boost Your Creativity, for designing and editing on your computer.
5-Inch Color Touchscreen
Navigate stitches, adjust thread tension, and edit embroidery designs on the 5-inch touchscreen positioned at the center of the machine. Multi-function knobs provide quick access to stitch length, width, and design placement adjustments.
Precision Sewing Area
The 7 mm stitch plate accommodates wide decorative stitches, and the included straight stitch plate delivers crisp embroidery results. The machine detects which plate is installed and automatically adjusts stitch width and needle options.
500 Stitches Plus Stitch Designer
Access 500 built-in stitches covering 133 decorative options, 35 quilting patterns, and 17 buttonhole variations. Use the Stitch Designer to customize existing stitches or build your own, then save them to personal memory for future use.
On-Screen Design Editing
Modify 208 built-in embroidery designs right on the touchscreen. Rotate, mirror, scale, and layer elements before stitching begins. Seven embroidery fonts support monogramming and lettering projects. For more advanced editing, the included Boost Your Creativity software lets you work with designs on your computer and transfer them to the machine via USB.
Generous Work Surface
A 230 mm workspace extends to the right of the needle, giving you room for larger quilts and garment panels. Four LEDs provide bright, even lighting across the sewing area to reduce eye strain on detailed work.
Embroidery Module with 3 Hoops
Stitch designs up to 260 x 160 mm without repositioning. The three included hoops handle everything from small patches to large back panels. Automatic hoop detection shows the available embroidery area on screen.
Integrated Dual Feed
The Dual Feed grips fabric from above and below for even feeding on challenging materials. Slippery linings, stretchy jerseys, and layered quilts all move smoothly through the machine.
Automatic Thread Cutter
Secure seams with the automatic tie-off instead of backstitching, then press the cutter button to trim threads cleanly. Both functions can be assigned to the programmable foot control for faster workflow.
Semi-Automatic Needle Threader
The threading system automatically lowers the presser foot and holds the thread in position. Guide the thread through the path and let the machine complete the threading in seconds.
