Janome 5300 QDC-G Sewing & Quilting Machine
The Janome 5300 QDC-G packs 300 built-in stitches, a Superior Plus Feed System, and a full quilting accessory kit into a machine that weighs just 13 pounds. It's the only model in the QDC line with the Superior Needle Threader, knee lifter, and optic magnifier set, and it ships with an extension table and hardcover. The Grapevine color is exclusive to this edition.
300 Stitches with Alphabet Characters
The stitch library spans utility, decorative, satin, and stretch stitches across four stitch modes, plus a fifth mode with 100 alphabet, number, and symbol characters for monogramming. Seven one-step buttonhole styles cover everything from standard to keyhole to stretch knit. Maximum stitch width is 7mm and stitch length goes up to 5mm.
Superior Plus Feed System and Needle Threader
The 7-piece feed dog delivers stable, even feeding across all fabric types, from lightweight silks to heavy denim and multi-layer quilt sandwiches. The Superior Needle Threader with Thread Guide threads the needle in one motion, and the automatic thread cutter trims both threads at the push of a button. A top-loading full rotary hook makes bobbin changes quick.
LCD Display and Stitch Controls
The LCD screen shows your selected stitch, recommended presser foot, stitch width, and stitch length at a glance. Program stitch combinations and monogram sequences into memory, mirror stitches, and adjust settings through the touch panel. A variable speed slider and start/stop button give you hands-free control without the foot pedal.

A full 7" throat space and extra-high presser foot lift give you room for larger projects, while the 13-pound weight makes it easy to carry to classes, guild meetings, and retreats. The free arm handles cuffs, sleeves, and other tubular sewing. LED lighting keeps the work area bright and shadow-free.
