Janome MyLock 454D Sailing Line: 3 and 4 Thread Serger
The Janome MyLock 454D is a 3 and 4 thread convertible serger from the Sailing Line, with 1 and 2 needle operation and a maximum speed of 1,300 stitches per minute. It is a compact, user-friendly machine for a wide range of projects and fabrics.

Color-Coded Threading
Color-coded thread guides and a threading chart are built in, along with an easy threading lower looper, easy lay-in tension dials, and a tension release lever. A changeable thread guide and LED lighting are also included, and the presser feet snap on.

Retractable Upper Knife and Adjustable Cutting Width
The upper knife retracts when you need to serge without trimming, and the newly designed presser foot gives an unobstructed view of the cutting knife. Cutting width is adjustable from 5.3 to 7.3 mm, and stitch length adjusts from 1.0 to 4.0 mm.

Spool Stand and Side Controls
A spool stand and side controls are on the right of the machine. The 8-piece feed dog and a differential feed ratio of 0.5 to 2.25 help with fabrics that tend to stretch or pucker. Adjustable foot pressure and improved bi-level performance help the machine handle a wide range of fabrics.

Quick Lower Looper Access
A lower looper pretension setting slider, easily accessible lower looper guides, and a quick change rolled hem are built in. Hanenite rubber feet and improved motor torque are designed to reduce vibration and noise.
