Juki HZL-DX7 Sewing Machine
The Juki HZL-DX7 is a computerized sewing machine with Juki's industrial box feed system, automatic thread trimming, and sensor-operated buttonholes. It handles heavy denim and layered fabrics with the same feed technology used in Juki's commercial machines.
Automation and Controls
Automatic thread trimming, reverse stitching, lock stitch, and presser foot pivot are all one-button operations. The sensor-operated buttonhole system produces consistent results across different fabric weights. The LCD screen shows stitch settings, width, and length adjustments, with a phone-style keypad for direct pattern and letter selection.
Industrial Box Feed System
The box feed system, adapted from Juki's industrial machines, moves the feed dogs in a square motion instead of an oval. This feeds fabric more evenly and prevents shifting, especially on heavy materials like denim and multiple layers. Adjustable presser foot height and speed control give additional precision for different fabrics.
