Juki MO-2000QVP: LCD-Guided Setup with Air Threading
The Juki MO-2000QVP pairs air-powered looper threading with an LCD screen that guides stitch setup for each configuration. It offers 15 stitch settings across 2, 3, and 4 thread modes at up to 1,500 SPM, with differential feed from 0.7 to 2.0 for stretch fabrics and gathered effects.
LCD Screen with Setup Instructions
The informational LCD display shows threading diagrams and tension settings for each stitch type. When switching between 2, 3, and 4 thread configurations, the screen guides you through the correct setup. No flipping through manuals or guessing which threads to use.
Air Threading System
The air threading mechanism pushes thread through the loopers with a burst of air from the built-in motor. Place the thread at the entry point, activate the system, and the thread appears at the looper tip. The built-in needle threader handles the needles, completing the full threading process in seconds.
15 Stitch Settings
The MO-2000QVP offers 15 different stitch configurations across its thread options. Standard 4-thread overlock for seaming, 3-thread overlock for lighter edges, flatlock for decorative seams, and rolled hems for delicate finishing. Each setting is accessible through the LCD menu.
Two-Thread Converter
The included two-thread converter enables narrow rolled hems and delicate edge finishes on lightweight fabrics. Napkins, scarves, and sheer materials get clean, professional edges without bulk.
Differential Feed Control
The differential feed adjusts from 0.7 to 2.0 ratio, controlling how the front and rear feed dogs move fabric. Prevent stretching on knits at lower settings, or gather fabric at higher settings for lettuce edges and decorative ruffles.
1,500 SPM Performance
At 1,500 stitches per minute, the MO-2000QVP handles production-level sewing speeds. Adjustable stitch length lets you fine-tune density for different fabrics and thread weights.
