Professional Blind Hems by Machine
The Pfaff Blind Hem Foot with IDT creates nearly invisible hems on pants, skirts, curtains, and other hemmed items. The adjustable guide positions the fabric fold so the blind hem stitch catches only a few threads on the right side of the garment. With the IDT system engaged, both fabric layers feed evenly for consistent stitch pickup along the entire hem.
How It Works
- Fold and press the hem, then fold the garment back to expose the hem edge
- Adjust the guide so the needle just catches the fold on the left swing
- Engage IDT and sew with a blind hem stitch
- Unfold to reveal a nearly invisible hem on the right side
Works on pants, skirts, dresses, and curtains. Use with the blind hem stitch on your Pfaff machine.
