I looked for a used Pfaff Creative Icon 2 for weeks. I started looking for a dealer by going through the Pfaff website dealer locator, searching dealers closest to me first. I finally found what I was looking for in Washington state at Quality Sewing & Vacuum. (For reference, I live on the east coast, so I talked to A LOT of dealers before I got to a store in Washington!) I spoke with Emily, as sales associate, over the phone. The whole transaction was over the phone, which made me a little nervous at first. But the customer service was unmatched. She was helpful and diligent; answered multiple questions about the machine and how it would be serviced. It made me feel better about buying the machine sight-unseen. The machine arrived quickly, well-packaged, and works perfectly! I have a Pfaff dealer that 4 miles from my house, but I’d rather order from Quality Sewing and pay shipping because the customer support is just fantastic!
