Stitch-in-Ditch Quilting with Even Layer Feeding
The Pfaff Stitch-in-Ditch Foot with IDT uses a center guide blade to place your stitch directly in the seam line between quilt blocks. The blade rides in the ditch and holds the fabric layers apart so the needle drops precisely into the seam. IDT dual feed keeps the quilt sandwich moving evenly, which is critical on long seam runs where layers tend to shift.
Features
- Center guide blade locks stitch placement in the seam ditch
- IDT dual feed prevents quilt top from shifting against the batting
- Metal sole for smooth, consistent feeding
- Works with straight stitch for invisible quilting lines
For a transparent version with the same blade system, see the Pfaff Clear Stitch-in-Ditch Foot.
