Nearly 10 Inches of Sewing Space
The extended sewing surface provides nearly 10 inches (250mm) of space to the right of the needle. This gives you room to manage large quilts, home decor projects, and full garments without fighting the machine. The extra workspace reduces fabric bunching and makes maneuvering bulky projects easier.
Exclusive Sewing Advisor
Select your fabric type and sewing technique, and the Sewing Advisor instantly sets the best stitch, stitch width, stitch length, thread tension, presser foot pressure, and sewing speed. The 3" LCD screen displays the recommended presser foot, needle size, and needle type for your selection.
Exclusive Sensor System
The Exclusive Sensor System continuously monitors fabric thickness and adjusts feeding pressure automatically as you sew. This ensures even fabric feed through seam intersections, multiple layers, and varied fabric weights. The Sensor Foot Lift raises and lowers the presser foot automatically with four positions: down, pivot, up, and extra lift.
215 Built-In Stitches
Choose from 215 stitches including utility stitches, decorative stitches, quilt stitches, seven buttonhole styles, and four font styles. The 7mm stitch width and 6mm stitch length give you flexibility for both construction and embellishment. Save your favorite stitch settings to 20 permanent memory locations for quick access.
Automatic Thread Cutter
One touch cuts both top and bobbin threads and pulls the thread tails to the underside of your fabric. This keeps your work neat and speeds up production when chain piecing or working through multiple project steps. Combined with electronic thread tension, you get consistent results without manual adjustments.
Free Motion Quilting Ready
Drop the feed dogs and use any stitch for free motion quilting or free motion embroidery. Three LED lights illuminate the needle area and sewing surface, reducing eye strain during detailed work. The Start/Stop function lets you sew at consistent speed without the foot control when you need both hands on your project.
