Bernina 1/4" Patchwork Foot #37
The Bernina 1/4" Patchwork Foot #37 is the standard patchwork foot for Bernina 5.5 mm and 9 mm machines. It sews accurate 1/4" (6 mm) or 1/8" (3 mm) seam allowances, which are the most common measurements in quilt piecing and patchwork assembly.
Side Markings and Grooved Sole
Three evenly spaced markings on the side of the foot (each 1/4" apart) help you position fabric pieces for square insertion during patchwork. A narrow groove on the flat underside acts as a thread channel, keeping stitches smooth and reducing thread buildup.
