Brother PE-DESIGN PLUS2 brings the full-featured PhotoStitch tool from Brother's flagship PE-DESIGN 10 software to a mid-tier price point. It handles photo-to-embroidery conversion, basic digitizing, appliqué creation, and exports PES files ready for any compatible Brother embroidery machine. A USB security dongle handles copy protection, replacing the older card writer setup.

• PhotoStitch: converts photos into embroidered artwork. Includes easy masking, improved preview, "Select from Candidates," and color reservation. Produces quality stitchouts without increasing stitch count. Same feature set as PE-DESIGN 10.
• 287 built-in embroidery designs: use individually or layer to build custom arrangements.
• 40 fonts: 35 standard fonts plus 5 small fonts for text and personalization on fabric.
• Appliqué Wizard: converts any embroidery design into an appliqué. Exports FCM cut files for precision cutting on the Brother ScanNCut Home and Hobby Cutting Machine.
• Basic digitizing: add line or region fill stitches to original or imported designs.
• Design merging: import and combine your own designs within the software.
• Editing: rotate and resize designs by numerical input.
