A Built-In Craft Studio
The DreamBox XL Plus is the largest cabinet Create Room makes: fully open, it spans 14'6". Closed, it looks like custom millwork with Shaker doors. Open, the table folds down and the whole wall becomes a sewing and craft studio with everything in reach.
It is built for people who have outgrown a single cabinet: quilters with a fabric stash, multi-crafters juggling machines and cutters, or anyone who wants all of their supplies out of bins and up where they can see them.
One wall, one piece of furniture
The spacious cabinet adjusts to your needs. Rearrange the shelves and storage as projects change, and the clear InView totes let you spot what you need without opening anything.
The integrated fold-out table, 3'5" W x 2' D, handles cutting, pressing and machine work, and an LED light above the table keeps the workspace lit without an extra lamp. Choose a White or White Oak finish, inside and out.
Fit and placement
Plan on a 12-foot wall at minimum to allow the doors to open 90 degrees. Closed, the cabinet measures 10'10" W x 1'9" D x 6'3" H, and fully open it spans 14'6" W.
It is a stationary build with an anchor bracket kit, no casters for adjusting the placement.

Flat-packed is standard. Choose Pre-Assembled and Create Room builds the main sections in its warehouse, which cuts assembly time roughly in half.

What is the difference between the DreamBox XL and the DreamBox XL Plus?
The XL Plus adds two side boxes to the DreamBox XL. That brings 45% more storage and 44 more totes (164 vs 120), and widens the closed cabinet from 7'3" to 10'10". Table size, depth, height and door style are the same.
How much wall space does the DreamBox XL Plus need?
Plan on a 12-foot wall at minimum, which lets the doors open to 90 degrees. To swing the doors fully open you need about 14'7". Closed, the cabinet is 10'10" W x 1'9" D x 6'3" H; open it measures 14'6" W x 1'9" D.
What is the weight limit of the DreamBox XL Plus fold-out table?
The fold-out table is the same one used on the DreamBox XL. Create Room recommends keeping it to 50 lb or less for everyday use.
What is the difference between Cabinet Only and Add Sewing Bundle?
Both include the full cabinet and organization system. The Sewing Bundle adds a side table, a Crafter's Caddy, 4 pegboards with 100 clamp and organizer attachments, 100 fabric bolts (50 at 5x5, 50 at 12x12), and a power strip.
What finishes is the DreamBox XL Plus available in?
White or White Oak, applied to both the interior and exterior. Both finishes come flat-packed or with the main sections pre-assembled.
Which DreamBox accessories do not fit the XL Plus?
